Order Cancellation

• Once an order has been confirmed and invoiced, it cannot be cancelled.
• Products purchased from Sonovision are non-cancellable after billing.
• Any advance payment or booking amount paid for a confirmed order is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided for products purchased from Sonovision once the order has been confirmed or delivered.
• Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection by the customer, or delayed installation caused by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If a product is received damaged or has a manufacturing defect, customers must notify Sonovision within 24 hours of delivery with photographs or videos as proof.
• Eligible cases will be handled according to the respective manufacturer’s warranty and service policy.
• Products may be repaired, replaced, or serviced after inspection and approval by the manufacturer or authorized service center.

Warranty

• All products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty, wherever applicable.
• Warranty claims must be processed through the respective brand’s authorized service network.

Exceptions

Sonovision reserves the right to approve a replacement only if:

• An incorrect product was delivered by Sonovision.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect upon delivery.
• The product is eligible for replacement under the manufacturer’s policy.
